ID this song please

Another thread just reminded of this song that I heard one time and I quite liked it but I never caught who it was by and I've never heard it since. The theme was failure, and the chorus refrain, sung in a stoopid tenor by a bloke was something like; "why must I always be a failure." I bet it's by someone really shit like Ween. Anyway, if you know what it is, am I right - is it actually any good? Oh yeah, and who's it by?

its 'Failure' by Skinny, a British act and yes its rather good. they have a couple of albums - a few good tracks, maybe a bit on the bland side tho (nothing as interesting as 'Failure' perhaps) - and I think they have some link with Dido now (production maybe)
