Arab Strap went to Go! Beat for one of theirs...

And it's the Great Eastern for me too. There's a wonderful little compilation of the label come out the other week, only £2, 14 tracks including First Big Weekend, Like Herod, Pull The Wires From The Wall... unmitigated quality.

i might pick up that sampler,i haven't really paid attention to chemikal underground in a few years,wouldn't mind hearing what theyre like (mogwai,arab strap and the delgados excepted)
