I am thinking of signed artists who have just put up the odd MP3 as a taster, though I guess if someone with tastes I can relate to and a good writing style has trawled through MP3.com etc that might be interesting too.
The only thing like this I know of is http://www.radio.plus.com, which has links (often dead) to tracks played by John Peel.
