Tried to shoehorn this into a previous thread, to little effect...

How to use the markers on soundforge? Or, alternatively, what is a tremendous program for burning mp3s onto CD without colossal gaps between the tracks and without the whole thing turning into one long 80-minute soup? Soundforge seems to be great in every respect except for the fact that I can't break the CD up into individual tracks and I assume the markers would remedy this if I knew how to activate them, but I don't. Etc.

Please help, am Fluffy Airhead when it comes to these things.

Which version of Soundforge are you using?

This is a pressing issue for myself. I've got to do a few crossfaded track breaks for a friends album over the next week. I did it with 4.5 but i've not tried it with 6 yet. I'll have a go tommorow and get back to you.
