RFI: korean pop song featuring lyrics from the sugarhill gang's "rapper's delight"

i'm fairly certain this is a korean song based on accents and inflection, but the whole song or a very long chorus consists of the
"i said a hip hop" bit but changing the melody into total k-pop. this was blaring out of a car on broadway as i was walking back to work about an hour ago.
