haha there's an indie record store in toronto thats SO fucking unbelievably snotty that one consumer actively petitioned to get one of the clerks removed and yet while doing so he CONTINUED TO SHOP THERE

i would like to add to my above post, that sometimes people take things too personally. the one thing that matters in regards to the old vs. new quasi-debate is that when you have been here for a little while, even as a lurker, you can get a good sense of what posters use sarcasm and tounge-in-cheek insults. it is just a matter of time for everyone.

that story is quite funny mark... i have a similar problem with a local record store who 1. sold me a defective unit. 2. put in an order to replace it. 3. wont return my emails, phone calls, or talk to me when i go in. it is, however, the only techno shop in town and i am a dj.
