SONG I.D.: PLEASE HELP!!!!

Could somebody please identify this song for me? This is from waaaaay back in the day (1990/1991 maybe?). It was a crazy dancey techno instrumental, and it was used in a T.V. commercial for the video game Street Fighter II. The melody was a really loud grunty synth noise that went something like this (the hyphens mean the words are closer together than the spaces, and each line represents one 4/4 measure):

"BAH BAH BAH BAH BAH-BAH!!
BAH BAH BAH BAH BAH-BAH!!
BAH-BAH!! BAH-BAH! BAH-BAH!! BAH-BAH!! BAH!! BAH!!
BAH-BAH!! BAH-BAH! BAH-BAH!! BAH-BAH!! BAH!!"
