hey ... someone dropped this band's name in conversation last night, and all i know is that it's on rough trade (or purchased in a rough trade shop) and that tis purdy good. anybody have any information that they can trade for sex or cigarettes?

i saw them live a couple of years ago, i think opening for DMST. they failed to capture my interest, but i think that was because their music was very pastoral and more folksy than the impending neoprog onslaught of DMST. so i would definitely give them another go ...

one of the guys from that band works at rough trade neal's yard, which could account for finding their records in the shop ;-)

nine months pass...

No idea if this is still relevant, but hey, if not, no-one will ever read it, So i don't care. Headshoppe are still on the go, different than when you would have saw us at Do Make's. We have a double a side seven inch currently out called How Did I Know/Suburbs, and an EP coming out in June. We'll be playing around London in June and July 2004, so if you are still interested a year later, look out and come along
