currently broadcasting out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the US, listening to Honey's Dead and wondering why the Reid Brothers wanted to bolt the J&MC chassis to a Madchester underbody. Seriously! It sounds like they're trying to play catch up with the Stone Roses--"Far Out & Gone" too closely resembles "Bye Bye Badman".

In fact, I'm going to find the appropiate thread to complain about this, or start one, if need be.

Chris V. (Chris V), Friday, 27 June 2003 13:06 (twenty-two years ago)

Dude, "Far Gone & Out" blows the Stones Roses off the map. And "Honey's Dead" is their finest album. The opening three songs are pretty much godlike

I live in Philadelphia, PA (U.S.), also more or less where I am from--more or less, where I will be seeing Willie Colon perform for free this Friday.

Ned, nasal irrigation is a good thing, and it probably would make a positive difference. The water doesn't stay in there, it pushes things through, thins things out, etc.

Rockist Scientist, Wednesday, 2 July 2003 22:08 (twenty-two years ago)
