Pete Larsen, who runs Bulb Records, was a teacher at Community High School in Ann Arbor, and had young AWK as a student.

AWK's family still leaves around there(here), and Wolf Eyes, like Violent Ramp, is comprised mostly of guys who work at Encore Records.
