Taking Sides : The Darkness Vs Turbonegro

Who does IX think is best bewteen the two band The Darkness & Turbonegro. The Darkness album is selling very well and is about toe nter at No2 in the UK album charts. Turbonegro have had great press and reviews but no Hits.
Who deserves success?
Also who puts on the best live show?

Turbonegro, if not just for "Midnight NAMBLA," then for the epic beauty of Apocolypse Dudes.

Scandenavian Leather is pretty craptacular though.

I really hated The Darkness until I saw the video for "Growing on me" and it had me in stitches. I still pick Turbonegro though. They rock harder and they got better jokes. "Scandanavian Leather" has 3 great tunes on it but yeah, it was a bit of a let-down all the same.

I liked Scandinavian leather a lot. Its a real grower as i didnt like it much at first. I wouldnt expect them to be able to better than 'Apocalypse Dudes'. I would love to see them live. Apparently they are terrific live.
