It's a hoax. Follow the link - not MTV-hosted (despite MTV branding), and isn't in the mtv.com news archives. Scoopthis or whatever is owned by the band "being sued."

Yeah, I saw that a little earlier today and what got me suspicious is that the supposed links don't actually link off the 411 site. If you go to MTV or Metallica's page, good luck finding any news about that. I also googled Unfaith and their site crashed my browser and by then I had lost interest, but I think it's bullshit.
