I don't like the Blues Explosion because they never stopped sticking it in my face that hey were playing the blues. But i never heard any blues in them. Plus it seemed like they were super popular for a short time (right when orange came out?) and then they seemed over to me. I do remember liking a few songs on the one black album, but they're just too schtick-y for my tastes.

I don't like Pavement because they never stopped sticking it in my face that hey were playing indie rock. But i never heard any indie rock
in them. Plus it seemed like they were super popular for a short time (right when Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain came out?) and then they seemed over to me. I do
