What bands have fans that look nothing like the band themselves? I remember seeing Gold Chains "blingin' it" infront of 200 booty shakin IDM 'scientist' types.

Reminded me of the 'Windowlicker' video at times.

Surprisingly enough, They Might Be Giants fans tend to make up a wide diaspora of looks. Last time I saw 'em, in the audience there were hott goth chicks, frat boys, a gaggle of like 12 Japanese kids, little kids, old people, middle-aged people, teenagers, hippies, hipsters, not-anything-to-do-with-"hip"-at-all folks, and an 8-foot tall rasta dude with the nappiest dreadlocks I've ever seen. And midgets.
