sixteen years pass...

All I've ever heard of White Music was "This Is Pop." I got onboard the XTC train later on: I love Skylarking, O&L, et al and generally don't really go for 'post punk,' so I'd always avoided the early XTC albums. But "Radios in Motion" is my favorite song right now. Is the rest of this album as good?

I mean the whole album is kinda like that. You want the CD reissue with the 3-D EP attached.

It's spaz rock at it's finest. Very much the first work of a band bursting with ideas.

To quote the artists in question, it is

SLOW! SLOW! QUICK-QUICK SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! QUICK-QUICK SLOW! QUICK-QUICK

Except for the "slow" part.

Go 2 is the real test of your mettle/patience.

It's like Devo with Max Miller guesting.

I have both, from back then.

Vote XTC, obv.

The Rick Wakeman album I enjoyed at the time, but hearing it now it really sounds very lofi synthness, clearly it's not aged well.
