for archive purposes, the text reads:
Hello, I am not offering anything for sale, so please DO NOT BUY this "item", you will get nothing in return! This is a plea for information only.
I have been asked by Kevin Shields to look for information on rare, non-UK mbv records from the Creation era. This time I am specifically looking for info on German Issues of Isn't Anything and Loveless. Anything on the history of mbv Creation era releases in Germany would be happily received. When Creation sold to Sony, little details such as this were misplaced! So Please help a radically ripped off band trace their back catalogue. Send any information you have to [email protected]
I would still like to hear from any serious collectors. What do you have to lose? Many thanks from me and more importantly from Kevin for any information provided. This is a legitimate request. * This time I have scanned one of the signed thank you cards sent out to one of the last batch of helpers.* Yes its a bit cheap (my fault), but its real! A little faith in me, would not do you any harm. Cheers!
p.s. The rumoured box set is actually a 2CD set. It will have 2 unreleased songs on it from the Isn't Anything recording session in Wales, and 2 from the Moon Song session. This will not be out until the material has been remastered, Fact!

I have got the demos for Loveless, the remixed Loveless he did - was supposed to come out in 1994 and seven hours of demos for the follow-up to Loveless. I wonder if he would be keen or annoyed?

Why the fuck don't they issue some live recordings? I've heard a couple of fine MP3s (the rest didn't have good sound quality) and it would be surely triffic.

I met Kevin Shields about this time last year at a gig (He's an old FOAF) and he was just finishing off building his own studio at Chalk Farm, so I would assume that he's maybe started using it now? Presumably to do the tracks for 'Lost in Translation' and remastering the old MBV.
BTW He was a lovely bloke, who from the conversation we had doesn't seem to have listened to any new music in the last 5 years

It finally feels like something might happen. A box set. A new album. A single new track. Anything would make the world stop for a second.
