disco house techno track ID: female vocal

god i memorized it and then forgot the damned thing. real skippety sharp camp techno house beat sampled & filtered disco strings female vocal singing something like "ain't gonna do what they tell me to do" segued into something with the same production style that sounded like it could have been sung by david mcalmont.
excuse vagueness but whatever it was was v. corking

I ain't sure about that luomo - this sounded like scientifically executed SEXUALIZED dance music as opposed to the very sterile and needlessly glitchy luomo that i've heard - all the vocs were distinctly black as well - i'm guessing it might be some kinda joey negro thing but i'm so poorly versed in this area. filtered disco string samples (?) and brass sections subtly done not enoesque keyboardisms - sproingy skippetty beats which sound dead sharp and do variate or morph slightly through the track.
i don't know - i think i may be too vague
