My gifrlfriend & I found at least two Love songs in there, when it cam out...the others escape me at the moment.

Give me Love any day. Have you heard the new live version btw? Great...

Are you serious?

Good heavens...are you the Kevin Coyne?? If so, you provided the soundtrack to my partner's parents' courtship...and I work for someone who released your records. If not, erm apolgies.

Re the Madonna thing, I thought it was deliberate on her part, in order to give the song a '60s feel for the film. When I can get it back in my head, I'll try and identify the other song in there. On a Love note, I bought Four Sail yesterday - I think it's great, esp. considering the muddy production that every other band seemed to have succumbed to by 1969.

Errrrrrrrrrr no, there are lots of famous people here but I'm not one of them. How on earth do you conduct a courtship to Kevin Coyne?!?!?!????

They were both big fans - it's a romantic thing really. I record for Mike Alway, who realeased KC's stuff on Cherry Red. Having said that, it's not you, so I feel a bit daft now...;-)

god, whats Mike Alway up to nowadays?

That's my favourite Madonna track. Ever. I play it if I ever have to DJ, it segues so nicely into all my 60s bubblegum track.

(Love are overrated anyway.)

Aw man! (I have this antipathy towards "Beautiful Stranger" that grows rather than ebbs -- I suspect it has to do with the glimpse of the video I saw, oddly enough.)
