What cocktail do you mix/shake up when you're about to sit down in front of you're multitracker and make some magic?

It depends on what I'm trying to record: this Tom_Waits-ish thing I did w/ banging on shit that wasnt rdums and piano and scratchy vox = MAD MOONSHINE UGH. Another track w/ like 3stereo channels of atmospherics/drones + 1 track magnus chord organ* & vox = mad bongrips. This one song 'bout heartache & shit = no booze nor drugoos, just saditude.

*this is not a bad thing

Nick, I might be drunk, but I've always considered you as a bro, cause you like Ween (that's you, right?), and we're both spare-room studio projectionists. Had I not a top secret security clearance to keep up for employment reasons, bongloads would probably be my creative lubricant of choice as well in certain situations.

haha i love this question, lately a whiskey rocks has really been doing the trick. vodka for some reason gets me a little messier, which may or may not be in my head.

cocktail = Red Bull and the "multitracker" = Logic Pro but ok.

I'm not 100% sure what a multitracker is actually.
