"And coming up on Top of the pops two we have The Clash, and the Bee Gees"

Alice (three) : "Who are the Bee Gees?"

i guess Bee Gees just sounds sillier so she picked up on that? or was her first word 'Sandanista'?

Y'know what'd be really cute? A bunch of little tots singing "Career Opportunities"!

was her first word 'Sandanista'?

Her first word was "HELLO!"

Her first sentence was "Amber, are you alright?"

We're working on Sandinista.

five months pass...
So, anyway, last week they have Pink Floyd doing "Astronomy Domine" which I've seen loads before, on BBC4 or whichever, so I wander out of the room.

When I get back, Amber (6) says "You missed a really good bit. There was some great music, then a man talked to the band about how it has to be so loud".

My kids are way cool. But you knew that already.
