Sounds theoretically cool to me, but i've no idea how they expect to know what you've got. maybe filenames? not sure about privacy implications either...but an amazing step forward for p2p stuff i guess.
could be wicked! a modern way to distribute music where everyone gets paid and no one controls what you hear.

Thoughts?

Well, it seems to me that the Majors will be irritated when people starrt trading all the bootleg tapes and undie acts that they don't own... but still, the idea is interesting -- privacy rights will be fundamentally changed in the subscription agreement to allow for them to see what you move around, so anyone who signs up will meet the Devil face to face...
