my ears are slowly becoming worse. it seems that once your ears are fucked up it takes less volume to aggravate the problem. can anyone share their experience?

it's a pain in the ass. wearing earplugs at shows is CRUCIAL once it starts; it only gets worse worse worse. i still forget 90% of the time, though. also wear earplugs when practicing loud instruments.

alexinnyc mentioned something about his being helped by an over the counter medication he found? i don't recall the name.

the ear nose and throat guy I saw gave me some vitamins of some sort. I just said fuck it and figured it was a placebo since it made no real difference that I could notice.

Get them syringed - it beats colonic irrigation any day of the week

I have it too. Although it's not too bad (yet). Thankfully, I don't really notice it since I live in noisy cities. Whenever I go away to a cottage or somewhere where I'm supposed to enjoy true peace and quiet, it drives me crazy. Sounds like that high-pitched sound when a TV is left on but the cable is off...
