I've got all the Tin Huey records & singles, but no Carney solo.
Which records do you recommend?

I know he sometimes works with Tom Waits, and that he's cousin or uncle to Pat Carney, drummer of the Black Keys.
And I love Ed Norton.

i STRONGLY recommend the first CARNEY * HILD * KRAMER lp "happiness finally came to them" ca. '87 on shimmy disc -- really pretty, strange, flotational music. some of kramer's best work. "larry is a lawnmower" and "guy lombardo" still make their way onto mixtapes now and then. classic.

reminds me of very early gong meets umm, blurt on 'ludes? ...christ that was a lame attempt! it's really good though and if you can find i ti bet it's not more than $5.

p.s. I am Patrick Carney's uncle..I am going back to Akron next week and I will see him. I'm doing a Tin Huey show at the Lime Spider April 29th at 207 S. Main street, right next to the porn shop.....I like Carney Hild Kramer too!! Hi Scott, I think Carneyball J sounds best on 8 glasses of TANG!!!!!
