Written by Mark Webber from Pulp inside my copy of Different Class in Hamburg in 1995. The rest of the band signed it too - Candida wrote "hello Charlie from Angleterre" iirc - but Mark#s was cool because he wrote it after correctly guessing where I'd got my top (blatantly from the girls' section...).
