well. i'm certainly not a master of the language. According 2 my knowledge, uniform is wut policemen wear. resource is where things are/come from. Locator is sg that tell u where a thing is. As far as i no URL is a kind of address. i can accept that maybe 2 c a page some resource (but wut kind) must be located but how does a uniform come here?
