I dig, totally. I think their K Bush cover of 'Running up that hill' to be extremely addictive.

The T-Rex cover was totally unexpected for some reason.

One of the few things ive bought in the last couple months that I dont regret.

Is the T Rex cover the one from Velvet Goldmine? That was terrific. I was curious about this disc the other day, maybe I'll pick it up..

It's been given a domestic release as well, so you should be able to find it cheap, possibly used. In concert in November they did a very entertaining version of "Where is My Mind?"

Its a cover of "20th Century Boy". But here is the 2nd CD track listing:

Running Up That Hill (Kate Bush)
Where Is My Mind (The Pixies)
Bigmouth Strikes Again (The Smiths)
Johnny And Mary (Robert Palmer)
20th Century Boy (T-Rex)
The Ballad Of Melody Nelson (Serge Gainsbourg)
Holocaust (Alex Chilton)
I Feel You (Depeche Mode)
Daddy Cool (Boney M)
Jackie (Sinead O' Connor

So they released this as a US release as well? Damn it. I didnt pay that much, so its alright. Oh well.

It's partially B-sides and partially new recordings, I gather -- and they still haven't put all their covers on the disc!

yep, it's released domestically in the US. i bought it not long ago and really, really, really also like "The Ballad of Melody Nelson."

'Daddy Cool' is funny as hell...very good as well.

I'm glad that I bought the promo version of this, not having to lose money by selling my copy of Sleeping w/Ghosts to buy the overpriced 2CD version. It's not like it isn't good (I love 20th century boy and Daddy Cool), but I prefer their own material.

I like this more than the actual album by far.

Ballad de Melody Nelson?

That seems to be as good as "A Day in the Life" by Moloko (damn there's Jools Holland again...)
