Instrumental dance tracks that you, despite a lack of sampling/beat-creating knowhow, coulda made yourself

As stated on the why is current drum 'n' bass seen as inherently bad? thread, I could take Nick Ingman's "Throng" and make something more interesting than LTJ Bukem's "Inner Guidance" (which is literally basically a five-second snippet of the Ingman track looped ad nauseam for 5:16), even though I have no idea how to operate something as simple as FruityLoops.

It'd work if there were vocals on it, but there aren't and outside of the bootlegosphere there never will be.

And yeah, this might turn into a discussion on whether or not a song built on inert repetition with no dynamics or build can make for good instrumental music. Me, I'm going to sleep on it.

I once saw the Psychick Warriors ov Gaia live, and their set comprised two epically long (around 35 minutes each) pieces that were just very, very simple and slow drum beats.

This is quite a nice example of straddling both sides of the contemptibly easy piss-take/ "whether a song built on inert repetition with no dynamics or build can make for good instrumental music question. As they were playing at about 5am (yes, embarrassingly, this was a stupid megadog event like ten or more years ago), the music matched quite nicely the worn out and mildly traumatised atmosphere.

All of 'em! These techno people aren't real musicians! It's just drums! A momnkey could do it!

Wasn't there a techno recording in the 90s consisting of just a 4/4 programmed drum machine beat?
