you scare me, suddenly...
the thing I like about that gig is the idea that such big guys will play in a very small venue while the people they produce usually play in arenas...

i saw them at a private party, so the technical conditions were less than optimal. and maybe i'm just a grinch.

I saw them on their first tour and they were pretty great. Kelis did a few numbers with them too, which was nice.

I don't know if I'd like to see them live now that Spymob is gone.

My vote -- see 'em live. One of the few bands I've seen to get the notoriously crabby St. Andrews Hall (Detroit) crowd involved and interested...but I do worry about the loss of Spymob a bit.

Spymob isn't on the new album but as far as I know, they're still the N*E*R*D live band.
