Last night I was hanging at the Fleurs de Mort here in Guadalajara, Mexico... and I met these guys. Really nice guys who share my love for Antioch Arrow and dark humor, but I have no idea about their music. They invited me to their show today and I'm debating as to whether I should attend. Apparently, they played with the Blood Brothers... (psst... their secret opinion is "they suck live, but they're nice guys.")

I saw them with a bunch of shitty hardcore bands. They're mediocre; no antioch arrow for sure

Sir Hiss! a.k.a. Jon Williams in brrrrrrrrrrrRochester! (ex machina), Sunday, 29 February 2004 22:27 (twenty-two years ago)

they're on epitaph, i think. they're not that thrilling.

and they got the name from a teen vampire movie starring two coreys.

Mainly notable in my estimation for playing a small show in a loft or something, where the crowd attempted a "wall of death" and a number of them bounced out of an open window to injury and/or death. I am only a little ashamed at my brief amusement on hearing this

Well, judging from the one video by them I've seen, they are quite possibly the WORST band on Epitaph. Seriously.

Without question there are way worse bands on Epitaph!

BICICLETA EMOCIONAL!!! (Jon Williams) (ex machina), Monday, 1 March 2004 19:03 (twenty-two years ago)

Ummm...most of those are actually good, except for maybe Pulley or Down By Law! Django and Buju on Epitaph?!!! WTF?!

Francis Watlington (Francis Watlington), Monday, 1 March 2004 23:26 (twenty-two years ago)

Worse Epitaph band=Undeclinable Ambuscade (or, as i like to think of them, Unlikeable Abortion).

billislord, Monday, 1 March 2004 23:55 (twenty-two years ago)

Motion City Soundtrack don't seem to be mentioned on that list. Did they die of malnutrition? *hopes*

DJ Mencap (DJ Mencap), Tuesday, 2 March 2004 10:39 (twenty-two years ago)

one month passes...
Its a lame allusion, but watch Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Internet insults dont go without unnoticed. The Death are a great band, and a great guy lost his life at that concert. If other's tragedies make you giggle like a schoolgirl, thats fine with me. There are those who will not let this pass.

It made me think of that bit in The Simpsons where Hans Moleman has kids with Selma and they all blindly run into each other and one of them bounces out of the window. That was all, really
