Aerosmith is good at heavy white-boy blooz. If you like what they sound like when they were on in the days or yore, then ... or just get their first two albums.
A couple Aerosmith contemporaries used to do "Baby Please Don't Go." Nugent, AC/DC -- it's six of one, half dozen of the other who did this kind of stuff better. If "Honkin' on So&So" sounds like Savoy Brown's "Blue Matter" with Tyler singing instead of Youlden, it'll be good. If it has some of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac to it, also a good omen. Or the Beano album...lots of potential.
