not really a fight in any way at all, because I LOVE both of these tracks. I'm only asking coz I just noticed jess asking if there has been a pop song better than Mya & Chingy this year. i don't know, but if there is one it would have to be this mix of "Turn It Up". i love brandy anyway and she sounds great on any edit of this track - really throaty and raspy in parts, which is when I think she sounds like she's enjoying herself most - but this mix makes timbaland's somewhat old-school-inspired beats into something stabby and lively. it's like the difference between wood and chrome, really, then there's a big, shouty ersatz ragga chat at the end, which i'm a sucka for in r&b tunes... anyway, what do you think? if you don't have these, brighten up yr lunch hour and download them, then discuss.
