I am looking for a song by gary stewart (country artist of the 70's) that is apparently impossible to find. My uncle thinks that the name of it is "i love you truly" at any rate, that is probably one of the main phrases in it. it has something to do with kids and a train. he has not heard teh song in over 15 years and no country station around here has it. but it was the song playing when he asked his wife to marry him 30 years ago and he would like to find it for their anniversary. please email me if you have any info re: this song. thanks

Gary Stewart albums are not too hard to find. There's a good CD of his best stuff.

Some of the original albums are

Out of Hand
Little Junior
Your Place or Mine
You're Not the Woman You Used to Be

I've got a lot of Gary Stewart--not the later, post-1978 stuff, though--and if I can find time I'll see if that song, which doesn't come to mind immediately, is on one of the albums I've got. Good luck!

I Love You Truly, Cory Records, 1964.

Not on an album or CD.
