Andre 3000 and Young Buck - "Gangstas"

I know, this is an even more gasp-inducing premise than the Sting/Twista collabo, which is why it was such a cocktease of a disappointment to figure out that Green Lantern just took a verse from Aquemeni and Buck's verse from the "Throw It Up" rmx and put them over a new beat together with a Premo-style hook of various samples scratched together. but for reasons that I myself don't quite understand, I really wanted the Outkast/G-Unit crossover to be true, if only for utter confusion's sake.

I prefer Notorious B.I.G over the "I Can't Wait" beat from the very same mixtape. It totally kills.

damn that's funny i just picked up the green latern thing you're talking about when i was in nyc for work...it's pretty good...

I like that Stat Quo guy alot...he's got a cool voice and flow. Let's see...what else...god I am sick of Mobb Deep jesus they bore me now....Rah Digga's freestyle is suprisingly awesome..gets me pumped up...The Wanted Dead or Alilve thing was inevitable but still amusing....B.Sigel's verses on both are really good....

I thought that Champ is Here song by Jada was awesome...luved the production!! Ingenius Ali sample...I suspect they got it off When We Were Kings...

Favorite line: Sheek from the Lox (I think I get all those guys confused)...."I'm nice like the smiley face on your kid's homework"

Dame Dash's insane hyped up between song talking parts make me laugh...he should switch to decaf...

yeah and your right...Gangstas sucks...I was hoping Andre was doing some kinda "I'm still with the streets" move to confound those who are getting used to his nu-Prince image of late...would have kinda been like a Will Oldham thing to do....

dre's verse is really good, though, and so is buck's! the whole kind of works for me, even though it is a disappointment that it's just buck rapping over the end of a six year old outkast track and not something new.
