Kraftwerk - Concert Classics

I've borrowed this CD from our local library and it's good. I think. I assume from the tracks played it's a gig from 1975 or so but there's next to no information on the insert. There are huge between song pauses, everything sounds winningly rickety, like the whole thing could break down at any moment.

Has anybody else heard this? What do you think? What do you know?

I think it should be called "Kraftwerk Koncert Klassics"...

hey sounds like a nice find. i caught kraftwerk live last year here in new zealand, playing in front of like 15,000 people at the big day out.. phenomenal - i think they were suprised by the crowd reaction

nine years pass...

"Kometenmelodie" and "Morganspaziergang" on this album are B-sides from the Autobahn era, is that right? are the studio versions easy to get hold of? this is a really nice album btw

THey both are on the b-side of the "Autobahn" Album.

I've got this CD but I don't remember there being anything other than live material on it.

"Kometenmelodie" was a single - different recording from the album version, predating it:

Yes they are, they improvised a lot live

Arrangements on this album are sweet, from memory, they seem to use a sort of vibraphone/xylophone synth sound a lot
