RFI Speeka New Zealand connection?

I recently borrowed Speeka's Bespoke from my local library. It was catalogued in the NZ music section, but all I could find out about them on the interweb was that Rob Mac and Matt Smooth were fixtures on the London/UK dance scene. Are these guys expat kiwis, is there another connection, or have the good people at my local library made a terrible, terrible mistake?
