PERETZ AND ALEX GRAHAM LIGHT UP THE NIGHT - SUPERSTAR DJS ROCK LOLLAPALOOZA'S SOLAR SOUND STAGE(June 2, 2004) It's official - Peretz will spend his summer manning the decks in Lollapalooza's groundbreaking Solar Sound Stage. The world renowned DJ - better known by his nom de rock, Perry Farrell - will spin the solar-powered wheels of steel each night, busting a groove with his organically grown mix of electro, dub, house, drum and bass, and anything else that happens to strike his fancy.In addition to Peretz, the Solar Sound Stage will also feature nightly DJ sets from famed turnablist Alex Graham, known around the globe for his euphoric sonic stew of Detroit techno, dark tribal, and deep progressive.As previously announced, the Solar Sound Stage is a modern marvel - a self-contained stage and sound system run completely off a solar-powered grid with zero emissions. Along with Peretz and Graham, the alternative energy-powered tent will see live performances by a truly eclectic line-up of artists, including Mike Watt + the Secondmen, Bumblebeez 81, Carina Round, Living Things, Ross Golan & Molehead, and the Dresden Dolls.
