Anyone know what's up with Borderline Books? That great website they have with the online versions of Fuzz, Acid, and Flowers, Tapestry of Delights, etc. has seemed to be down for a number of days now.

some discussion on this here: http://www.garagepunk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6991&sid=94144372c761741cb010f1ecb7650306

i gather it's being brought down for updates, but these updates won't occur until the new print version is out. so it might be down for a while..

Cool. Thanks for the info. It's kind of a shock! I love that site.

I have some more info on this...

Basically, Ivor didn't renew the contract for the site/domain name in time. He's hoping to sort something out next month, but he still has to sort out other committments first (including finishing off the work for the 5th edition of the Fuzz book).

one year passes...
D'oh. The Soybomb cache of the old Borderline site is gone.

"At the request of Vernon Joynson this site has been taken offline."

yeah, it disappeared a while back. kind of wish they'd get their shit together and put the site back up, but i imagine they're going to want money for it if they do.

but then, i've got the sucker cached.
