I actually think it's a good rap. The flow obviously sucks and it's kind of naff for a police officer to do it, but it does what good rap ought to do.

nick my hunch is that it's actually a "duet" and the different typefaces show you who's rapping each part, but the reporter is so hell-bent on "lame white man rapping inappropriately" angle that s/he "forgets" to tell you who the other person is!! (i bet it's a black woman)
