New York Dolls live videos! They are awesome. I forget which ones I have, but I have four and they're all great and I can't imagine that there are many more than that available. One of them is from like French TV.

Alex in SF (Alex in SF), Wednesday, 19 May 2004 02:25 (twenty-two years ago)

So I downloaded this FINALLY. Can I just ask: did anyone else get a little bit misty at the end when DJ Ron is talking about jungle changed his life (please don't say it was just me)? Also was it just me who was kind of surprised when IBIZA is listed as the primary proto-jungle label along with Reinforced? Yeah yeah I know they had the junglism carved into the groove and all, but they must be 1) one of the most under-anthologized labels on all the comps I have and 2) released stuff completely unlike most of what I've never heard (I usually think of them =ing Noise Factory, hardcore stuff, not ragga smeared jungle-y stuff.)

Sheena Ringo - Honnou

eleki-san (eleki-san), Saturday, 29 May 2004 04:20 (twenty-two years ago)

budddy rich & jerry lewis - drum solo

goldfoot, Saturday, 29 May 2004 04:24 (twenty-two years ago)

yea, but alex, thats exactly why they were listed, because they were busting tunes out in that hardcore-jungle crossover period, well before raggajungle

charltonlido (gareth), Saturday, 29 May 2004 08:24 (twenty-two years ago)

Someone has Swans doing Like A Drug and Beautiful Child live, with pretty great video and sound. I'm guessing it's taken from an official video that I don't know about.
