Where can I find recordings of pre-Big Brother Janis Joplin's blues recordings with Jorma K?

according to AMG, such a thing exists. If so, where? AMG is uncharacteristically cryptic, not even offering a title for the release

One track - "Trouble in Mind" - appeared on the Janis 3cd box on Columbia/Legacy. I've got what I think is the whole session - "Trouble in Mind"/"Long Black Train"/"Kansas City Blues"/"Hesitation Blues"/"Nobody Knows You When You're Down and Out"/"Daddy, Daddy, Daddy" - on a boot cd titled Mercedes Benz on the Outrider label. The whole session is often referred to as "the typewriter tape", cuz some dude is in the background typing away throughout the recording.

God I love Janis.

wow thanks Broheems! I gotta get that bootleg. Are you filesharing it by any chance?

I'm not at the moment, no ... but I could try to rip it tonight, I suppose. It's only six songs. Yeah, I'll bump this when I do.

ok, dude I put it up there. I just ripped the whole CD; so you can grab all of it, if you want, um, a lengthy Janis & Pigpen duet on "Turn On Your Lovelight" among a couple other tracks... my slsk name is konstantinov

Yeah, it's from a 1970 Dead show - it's pretty entertaining all in all but not as mind-blowing as a meeting of those two might imply. I just added you to my list so you should go ahead in the queue..
