Has this album been leaked yet? It sounds pretty cool by the review in OMM but I haven't seen it anywhere...
From another forum I know Eddy Temple Morris has been playing their stuff on Xfm but that doesn't help too much!
Any help / pointers / descriptions of the record would be cool, I'm sure someone must have it.

Doubt they have another "Green Grass and High Tides" left in 'em at this point.

It's a different band - these guys are DJs from Bristol, England.
I downloaded the record off Soulseek, so yes it has been leaked. I also think it's really, really good. It'll be interesting to see how people pick up on it and how it / they do. If it had come out two years ago or whenever it was supposed to then I think they would be well massive now.
If anyone / Lemon does look for it, I got a cool mixtape of their as well from slsk called 'The Outlaws 8 'till 10 in Sixty Minutes' (might not be the exact title) which has some great mixes and tracks on it, some Plaid, some old school hardcore and some lush summer tunes. I don't have a tracklist for it though...

leaded? it's been out for ages - i bought the bluddy thing from Rough Trade early this year.

I think the release date is 31st May - Rough Trade must have had it early or something. Unless 'leaded' means somehting else.
I got a couple of tracks off Soul Seek last night - 'You Know What Time It Is' and 'Survive This', both are great and made me want more. I feel Slsk greed coming on!

blimey - it was covered in mag quotes and that, which seems a bit previous. It's really strong all the way through - I only find the Britney v Raw Deal track to be a bit RAWKUS. Highlights include the KLFvYoungMC, the Sugababes v ILS, MC Hammer v Layo&Bushwackawackawacka and the grebt Donna Summer v Josh Wink thing (which I put up on the original PopNose).

That sounds lush. I'm excited now. Do loads of people know about them then? There was a brief thing in Mixmag this month about politics and dance music (!) which had some cool quotes from them (not that I read Mixmag you understand, it just kind of fell open in my lap...) but I haven't really seen anything else but the Observer review.
I like the sound of RAWKUS too!

four months pass...
Someone mentioned The Outlaws on the "decent online mixes" thread yesterday, and in a spot of syncronicity I just spied this on another forum - so if you haven't got this great album yet (I have now, thanks for the help on this thread) then I suggest you get the torrent from here and get downloading:

its a fun album. klf vs young mc rips it up. they have a definte klf connection as well - check the font usage on the cover of the album, and jimi c appeared on stage with the outlaws in bristol recently.
