Nice afterthought. Exactly the same, except for the amphibeous thing.
If the strokes didn't take themselves so seriously, and if I hadn't had to give up my ticket on their first UK tour, and if Rough Trade had released the new album on vinyl at the same time as the CD then maybe I would be able to pass comment rather than storming off in a huff about it.
So, Busted, who I own no records buy and never will, win.

Julian and James both want to paint my toenails. But Julian wants to paint them a dull, boring, tedious shade of Noo Yawk hipster black so dull it's actually grey, while James wants to paint bubblepunk blue streaks on my toenails. So Busted win.

And also, well, the video is just rubbish. No Nick Rhodes achieving world domination. No Simon LeBonBon getting tied to a windmill sail and drowned. The Pat Benetar dancers are nowhere near as good as the William S. Burroughs dancing boys. And the most important reason... NO JOHN TAYLOR!!!
