Blah song.. GREAT video. Was it done by Andy, the Tool guy?

Either way, seeing this video has truly made the idea of video brilliance and musical brilliance mutually exclusive to me. I miss videos that had great visuals and great music. The closest thing that comes to it on MTV these days is the Darkness video "Growing On you", and even then, the song's a bit forgettable.

sorry I couldn't stomach the music long enough to watch the video. did I miss something? when exactly did all the MTV "punk" singers start looking like male model boyband rejects? Those emo dudes too. I mean the guy from Sunny Day Real Estate looks like Kermit the Frog and the guy from Dashboard Confessional looks like a gay porn star. What's up with that?

see, i turned off the volume on my tv, and had something else play during the New Found Glory video, so perhaps I was spared the pain... or something.

Actually, the Modest mouse video follows along in that whole new MTV shtick of Spastic Viewmaster Cutout videos which annoy the fuck out of me. Minus the music, I still stand that the New Found Glory video is quite the eye candy.
