Necro/Ill Bill/Non Phixion, etc - C or D?

Necro just sucks.

Non-Phixion's first album The Future Is Now is a classic and was one of my overall favorites of 2002 (or 2001, can't remember).

The song "Thug Tuning" is incredible.

Ill Bill's new shit is really solid, macabre subject matter, but really enjoyable in parts.

It’s crazy to hear Premo say that this record (Society is Brainwashed) is a beat that he originally made for Jay-Z’s American Gangster. But since Hov didn’t get back to him, he gave the beat to Ill Bill.

i really hated that last necro album.
not the one dimensional lyrical content (though they do become seriously tiresome), nor the poor flow the man has, but the dreary production that was used throughout just bored me to tears.
dreadful album.

i used to have a lot of love for necro (i even liked the sexorcist album) but his label is releasing way too much. and that rap/metal direction hes been trying to go in has been shit. also, im just really, really bored of seeing him in HHC every month.

I think the worst people in music are the people who willingly go to Necro's live shows.

Tried pitching to HHC a month or so back but Andy Cowan sounded v.stressed when I phoned so I backed down :-(

theres a new cd with hhc this month called songs about killing and fucking. cleverly has songs about killing while fucking (and vice versa) too.

i did used to really like ill bill and non phixion (even got that green album lol) but the fact they all really do seem to be totally for real with what they say has weirdly put me off. plus necro was kinda so-so live (got out of breath very quick and didnt do half the songs he should have done). he burned a copy of the islington gazette as if it was cypress hill burning the source lol.

Yeah this is what really made me think dude needs to leave adolescence asap. I mean, surely local papers in the States are full of "something must be done" issue of the week bullshit like that as well? It's nothing to take seriously.
