The intro sounds like something off of Mario Kart. The verses are fucking amazing as well, especially Drag-On's last verse and when Juvenile does that Tony Montana chuckle.

Yeah it's proto-grime as well. This has always been my favourite song on that first Ruff Ryders comp, though I also love that really short DMX track with the magic mushroom synths ("Bug Out" I think).
