Canada's Supreme Court has told the Canadian Music Industry that ISPs throughout the country are not obligated to turn over the names of their subscribers to the industry when the industry thinks a subscriber has violated copyright law.

One clarification...the courts already decided that ISPs don't have to name users, and this decisions says they don't have to PAY the royalties either. Take THAT!
