Since the other poor Mick thread disappointed me, I have started this one. This is where you berate the ginger one till the proverbial cows come home. AND I'D LOVE THE THOUGHT OF COMING HOME TO YOU. thats one line thats sticking in my head and I'm shuddering.

One thing that sticks in my head when I think of Hucknall is the front cover of one of the singles he did with his first band, the Frantic Elevators. It was him sticking a gun into his mouth and grimacing. An apt image, as this is what many of us here would often consider doing when confronted with one of his piss-soul songs dribbling out of the speakers at the local Pizza Hut or PA system of a shopping center or car radio or etc.

Yeah--say what you want about Mick Hucknell, he's involved with the Blood and fire reggae reissues label so he can't be all that bad. Granted, listening to him croon "I wanna fall from the stars, straight into your arms" makes me gag, I'll admit.
