Which?

Please feel free to take issue with the packaging of the reissues. Ugh.

New answers.

You have a PROBLEM with cats, "Martin"? (And please to explain the significance of your alias.)

David Raposa, Wednesday, 28 November 2001 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I have no problem with cats. I have two kittens of distinction.

Reissue-wise, I can only speak for Off the Wall. Thriller remains committed to memory, as it has been since the last time I listened to it (1984?). I'm assuming Thriller has the same packaging what-thes as Off the Wall. First, why the outer shell/sleeve? Second, why shrinkwrap something that has already been shrinkwrapped? Third, what's up with the photos? Does the Thriller booklet have photos from the Off the Wall period?

Music-wise, Off the Wall > Thriller. But maybe I should purchase the reissue of Thriller to refamiliarize myself with it. Not that I'm not familiar with it.

Nevermind. The guitars to "Beat It" just entered my head. Off the Wall it is.

It'd be good if there were a shoegazer cover band called the Kittens of Distinction.

Both overrated crap. Move on.

I agree - 'Thriller' has some great songs on it, but I love some of the grooves on 'Off The Wall'.
