no no, it's not sampled! :)
Damo actually came to Sixtoo's studio and without hearing the music "checked the mic" (quote from the cd-booklet) and "banged out 10 takes of improvised material over top" (over the instrumental bit that Sixtoo (composed from some drumstuff he recorded a few years earlier) laid down, that is). This was then edited into a song.
