Do you have that problem where you meet / see in person some "musician" and you despise them so much for being a wanker, or pretty boy, or prick or.... that hearing anything by them or about them brings out snarling nasty back handed comments and incredulity that they are so popular?

For me it's quite the opposite, actually. Hearing that a musician is an asshole makes me wanna check them out and gives me some insight into the music. Also, I think it's funny. It's not like I have to deal with them.

This is one of the reasons I still defend Ryan Adams.

hearing a rumor that someone is an arse is not what i mean. It only happens to me when i see it first hand. - I have to be there in the room while they are talking and think "you are such a fucking wanker". after that happens i just can't listen to their music anymore.
